About
Offline Arcade started because half our team commutes on trains that lose signal every ten minutes. We got tired of games freezing on a loading screen mid-tunnel, so we began keeping a list of titles that actually run without internet. That list turned into this site.,We're a small group of writers and long-time players scattered around Europe. Nobody here is a marketer. We buy or download the games ourselves, put real hours into them, and then argue about the ratings until we agree on something fair.,Every game we cover has to pass one simple test: switch the phone to airplane mode and see if it still works properly. If a game demands a login or nags you to reconnect, it doesn't make the cut. We care about RPGs, puzzles, simulators, racers, and anything you can pick up on a plane or a basement café.,We update the catalog when we find something worth your storage space. If a game gets worse after an update, we say so. The point is to be the kind of review site we'd actually want to read.
